Sandie’s Café is a charming indoor bistro, named for Sandie Colatrella a partner with John Baverso Architects, that offers modern amenities and comfortable seating perfect for small parties, receptions or special occasions. Supported by the commercial kitchen, the café will soon be open to the public for a snack or light lunch. The adjacent lobby is an inviting space designed to accommodate events, receptions, exhibits as well as the everyday activities in the center.
