The Father Ryan Arts Center will host the Dr. Richard O'Toole Pediatric Fund indoor FARM STAND this summer. Enjoy fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables from Kaelin Farms in Franklin Park delivered weekly to the lobby of the Father Ryan Arts Center from 10 am to 4 pm. Summer Arts Education Classes
June 14 – July 24; Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday
SHOWCASE: Sunday, July 25, 3 p.m.
Students of all ages are welcome to participate in a variety of art classes from music to theater, visual arts to dance and literature to health and wellness. Summer Music Academy
July 11 – 17
Sunday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Students between the ages of 14 and 18 (with pre-approved exceptions) will have the opportunity to study with some of the area’s finest music educators, as well as rehearse and perform in-concert under the baton and guidance of Dr. John Pastin, Conductor, U.S. Navy Band (retired) and Director of bands, Rowan University. The camp will focus on studies in Concert Band, Jazz Big Band, Combo, Solo and Classical Chamber performance and will end with an outdoor concert.

2010 Peace Camp
July 26 – 30
Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.
Young campers between the ages of six and 12 will enjoy the benefits of a day camp experience built around seven themes: to respect self and others, to communicate better, to listen, to forgive, to respect nature and to be courageous. Peace Camp activities include: drumming/storytelling, visual arts, dance, theater and other fun interactive activities. There will be a final arts presentation at the end of the week for family, friends and community members. Download Registration Form |
